1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using the CryptoDesk Mobile App, visiting our Kampala OTC desk, or utilizing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & KYC Verification

To trade digital assets or settle mobile money through CryptoDesk, you must be at least 18 years old and possess legal capacity. All users must successfully complete our identity verification process (KYC) prior to executing transactions, in adherence with applicable laws and anti-money laundering regulations.

3. OTC Trading & Guaranteed Rate Lock

When initiating a trade through CryptoDesk, the exchange quote displayed is guaranteed for the duration of the active rate-lock countdown window. Once accepted and confirmed by the user, the trade is binding. CryptoDesk is not responsible for market price fluctuations after order completion.

4. Settlement & Payout Rails

Payouts are disbursed via integrated telecom channels (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, M-Pesa), bank wire for approved cross-border factory orders, or physical cash at our Kampala office. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the destination phone numbers or wallet addresses provided.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use CryptoDesk for:

Transactions involving proceeds of illegal conduct, fraud, or extortion.
Circumvention of AML, sanction controls, or telecom regulatory ceilings.
Operating unlicensed money transmission or unauthorized third-party trading syndicates.

6. Limitation of Liability

CryptoDesk will not be held liable for delayed settlements resulting from third-party telecom network outages, blockchain congestion, or force majeure events beyond our direct operational control.
